CEE has several engine dyno cells where it can perform many cycles required by the EPA, CARB, and foreign agencies. Engine dynos can run up to 1,000 horse power. The equipment used and procedures comply with CFR 86 and Part 1065.
Cee dynos can run Transient tests FTP, NRTC, Diesel or Otto, ISO 8 Mode, 13 Mode, 5 Mode, and CFR Part 86 sub part n. These cells use a AVL PM Sampler, CEE, LLC Custom 4000 CFM SSFV, Horiba Analyzers, and a Satorious Balance to .1 ug. The test cells air handling system can change the air in the room every six seconds. From 5 hp to 2000 hp Diesel, Gas, CNG, Propane, and other fuels are no problem. The Dyno is set to run many test cycles. ISO 8 Mode, 13 Mode, 5 Mode, 1065 compliant, CFR Part 86 sub part n. These cells use a AVL PM Sampler, Alltech 1065 compliant Analyzers, and a Satorious Balance to .1 ug. This test cell gives emission data at rates of 1 hz on No, Nox, No2, THC, CH4, NMHC, NH3, CoL, CoH, CO2, EGR Co2, and O2. Other items at the same rates such as HP, Torque, Fuel, Intake Air flow, Intake Air Temp, Charge Air Temp, Exhaust Temp, OIl temp and PSI, Fuel Temp and PSI, Water Temp and PSI, Inlet Depression and Exhaust BP, Turbo Boost and many others. CEE LLC can write its own software and therefore the cells can handle up to 60,000 input and outputs if need be.
